Terms of use

Who may use the site

The site is for adults aged 18 or over. If you are younger, leave. Gambling can be harmful. The National Responsible Gambling Programme is 0800 006 008.

What the pages are

The pages are information and opinion about publicly available operator offers. They are not an offer to gamble, not betting advice, and not a promise that an offer is still in the cashier when you arrive. Figures are dated. The operator’s terms win if they differ.

Commercial relationships

Some outbound links are affiliate links. A numbered brand is reached through /go/ on this domain. We may be paid if you register or play. Listed brands use a direct link with a referral tag. Payment does not create a star rating. Brands without a confirmed link have no visit button.

Your own accounts

If you open an account at an operator, that contract is between you and them. Check the licence line on their site, the bonus terms, and whether you are allowed to play from where you are. We are not a party to that contract and we do not hold your balance.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, do not present our pages as your own operator, and do not use the contact address for marketing blasts. Content is published for reading. Quote a short passage with a link if you need to refer to it.

Liability

The site is provided as published. We do not accept liability for losses from gambling, for an offer that changed after we read it, or for a decision you make on an operator’s site. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
